WHAT IS THE ROLE OF SERVANT LEADERS (SHAMASHIM)?

The servant leader in the Greek language is “diakon” and is translated in English as “deacon.” In Hebrew, we use the word “shamashim” which is translated as “servant.” Within our congregation, shamashim are recognized as those who fulfill important biblical qualifications and, then, provide practical works of service in various areas.
